Have you ever observed a village having the same structure of houses? A petite dress having an ironically designed pattern? What do you call a series of number that you just randomly see everyday?

A lot of us don't know that what we see everyday can be simply called a sequence. What is a sequence? Mathematically speaking, a sequence is a succession or progression in numbers that may either follow a specific pattern.

example : 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , ... ,

There are two types of sequences which are the FINITE and INFINITE Sequences.

A Finite sequence is a sequence that has a definite term, meaning to say, it has a first and last term.

example: 3 , 6 , 9 , 12 , 15

On the other hand, an Infinite sequence is a sequence that has a indefinite term or rather the last term is endless, unlimited and limitless. Its last term would be an ellipsis/...

example: 4 , 9 , 14 , 19 , 24 , 29 , ... ,
